At Klesk Metal Stamping we assemble both standard and custom made hardware to our stamped parts. In addition, we can provide welding and spot welding services to fabricate your assemblies. Let us complete your component assembly so your components can be shipped to your customers immediately.

Secondary Operations

We have CNC machining capabilities to handle all secondary drilling, countersinking, counter boring, reaming, and detailed machining. We also do tapping, welding, spot welding, deburring and assembling.

Minimum Order

We can accommodate designs for prototypes as well as high volume production runs.

Automation

We have both CNC and manual machines to facilitate the assembly of your parts.

Engineering Assistance

The engineers at Klesk Metal Stamping specialize in early product involvement and helping our customers design functional and manufacturable parts with the use of our PRO/E and DP Technologies design capabilities.

We have a customed designed computer system that controls everything from customer requests for quotes, purchase order processing, costing, and evaluation of all internal processes. We can provide JIT and lean manufacturing.

Quality Control

Our inspection department provides experienced personnel and inspection equipment, necessary to satisfy our customers' ever tightening quality requirements.
We supply documentation upon demand for all quality functions including: First Article, in Process, SPC, Final Inspection, and supplier certifications. ISO9001: 2000 Certified.

Preferred Drawing File Types

We prefer IGES & DXF Pro/E files. We also accept AutoCAD, STEP, SAT, PDF, Pro/E and all image files.
