The jewel of our technologhy and equipment is in our Electrical Discharge Machining Department. Klesk Metal Stamping has had wire EDM capabilities since 1977. We have wire, conventional, and small hole drilling EDM. We use our EDM equipment to build our production tooling, build fixtures, do prototypes and to do our development work. Our Precision hole drilling department is capable of drilling holesholes from 0.010 to 0.130" diameter and depths to 9 inches in a production mode. Our traveling Wire EDM features anti-electrolysis (patented) providing protection against corrosion, oxidation and discoloration on iron, steel, aluminum, and titanium alloys. We specialize in running production quantities with our Wire EDM and EDM small hole drilling equipment.

Capabilities

Hole Diameters		Our precision hole drilling department is capable of drilling holesholes from 0.010" to 0.130" in diameter.

Hole Depth		Our equipment is capable of fabricating holes up to 9" deep.

Component Preservation		Our traveling Wire EDM features anti-electrolysis (patented) providing protection against corrosion, oxidation and discoloration on iron, steel, aluminum, and titanium alloys.

Part Size		1/2" square to 12" square

Materials		We manufacture parts from a wide range of materials. The EDM process can can be used to fabricate components from ALL conductive materials.

Secondary Operations		We have CNC machining capabilities to handle all secondary drilling, countersinking, counter boring, reaming, and detailed machining. We also do tapping, welding, spot welding, deburring and assembling.

Minimum Order		We can accommodate designs for prototypes as well as high volume production runs.

Operations Management		We have a customed designed computer system that controls everything from customer requests for quotes, purchase order processing, costing, and evaluation of all internal processes. We can provide JIT and lean manufacturing.

Quality Control		Our inspection department provides experienced personnel and inspection equipment, necessary to satisfy our customers' ever tightening quality requirements. We supply documentation upon demand for all quality functions including: First Article, in Process, SPC, Final Inspection, and supplier certifications. ISO9001: 2000 Certified.

Preferred Drawing File Types		We prefer IGES & DXF Pro/E files. We also accept AutoCAD, STEP, SAT, PDF, Pro/E and all image files.
